About the NGK Spark Plugs Privateers Cup

Motorsport is all about the winning, and in many ways, the winner takes it all.

The Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship is different; we recognise that whilst we all want to celebrate winners, we also want to reward riders who battle for track position further down the finishing order – the ‘Privateer’ riders who make up the bulk of our start gate week in, week out – so we created the Privateers Cup.

With the support of leading motorcycle industry partners, ACU Events have put together a stunning package of awards for the winner of the MX1 and MX2 Privateers Cup. Each class winner will ride away with:

- A stunning motocross helmet from Arai
- A set of new tyres from British Championship sponsor Maxxis
- A selection of lubricants from Putoline
- Brake pads and clutch kits for the winners bike from DP Brakes
- Bars, sprockets and grips for the winners bikes from Renthal
- Amazing cleaning products from Muc-Off

- Spark Plugs from NGK
- A selection of Clothing from We Be Black Sheep

This fantastic selection of kit will be delivered to the winning riders in the MX1 and MX2 Privateers Cup after the final round of the Championship.
